# Business Model

ZenHive operates as a decentralized AI & data intelligence infrastructure, creating a self-sustaining DePIN economic loop composed of three key stakeholders:

* Miners: Deploy ZenHive hardware, contributing computing power in exchange for $aZen token rewards, based on the Proof of Contribution (PoC) model.
* Service Providers: Utilize ZenHive’s AI analytics engine, burning $aZen tokens to access decentralized computing power.

Businesses: Pay service providers for AI-driven marketing, user growth, and data optimization services.
